Value Added Services.

• Single Stage Dialing: After activating pin less, One can prefix *210 to the destination number and store it in phone book of a phone. To make a call just select the name and press dial.
  
  
• Speed Dialing: Speed dialing enables you to store up to three of your most frequently called numbers on your calling card. All you need to do is register your frequently dialed numbers. So the next time you just need to dial the access number, punch in your PIN , dial 1 for English or 2 for Hindi and then hit the speed dial code to directly reach your destination number. If you have already configured for PIN-less Dialing, just dial the access number , dial 1 for English or 2 for Hindi and then directly punch in your speed dial numbers.
  
  You can configure a maximum of 3 speed dial numbers. The three speed dial numbers that can be configured are #2, #3 and #4.
  
  
• Balance on demand: The Tata Indicom Smart Call Calling Card empowers you to know the available balance on your calling card whenever you want it by following three simple steps:
  1. Dial the access number of the country you are calling from.
  2. Press 1 for English or 2 for Hindi
  3. Dial your 12 digit PIN
  4. Hit ‘8’ to know available balance on your card
  
  
• Redial: When the called party has disconnected the call, and you need to call them again, you can hit ‘2’ in order to redial the previously dialed number. This helps you to save the trouble of dialing the access number, PIN, and the destination number again.

FAQ of Calling Card

Can I use Calling Card from more than one phone?

Calling Card can be used from as many phones as you want. Pinless can be activated in five phones at a time.

What is Pinless dialing?

As the name suggest a customer need not dial the 12 digit pin number every time S/he makes a call after one has activated pin less dialing by sending request for pinless activation by typing: Pinless (space) <123456789XYZ> and send SMS to 55222.

What is Speed dialing? On how many phones it can be activated?

Frequently dialed numbers can be configured to reach the destination number fast that is Instead of dialing the entire phone number a customer can use a single digit code. Up to 3 frequently called numbers can be configured to use this feature. One can change the numbers as many times as one wants.

Does my balance get carried forward if I recharge my account with another card?

No. Your balance does not get carried forward if you recharge it with a new Card.

I have a post paid phone and a calling card is loaded on to my phone. If I make a call which of my account will get debited?

If a customer prefixes *210 to the destination number then the calling card account will be debited else it will be a normal call.

Is there a Top Up facility in Smart Call Calling Card?

No. Recharge your account with a new account card by sending an SMS for pin less activation.
