How to Download

BREW Phones

• A customer can subscribe to RemoMail service by going to mobile phone’s
  main menu and selecting the Fun & Utilities or BREW Apps menu item.
  
• Start BREW & Choose Mobile Shop. A catalog will be displayed with all the applications that can be downloaded over the air with the applicable charges alongside.
• Select MobileMail to download the application. You can select RemoMail to be downloaded on your Tata Indicom handset according to your requirement.
• Please ensure that there is adequate memory space on your phone before you
  start the download. You can free memory space by deleting unused applications from your phone.
• Once you have purchased RemoMail Executive service, a RemoMail Executive service icon will be displayed in the BREW application area of your phone.

Java Phones

• Navigate your mobile phone’s main menu to TATA zone. A catalog will be displayed with all the applications that can be downloaded over the air.
  
• Go to Mobile Office -> Access your Office Mails!
  
• Download the application on your Tata Indicom handset according to your requirement.
  
• Please ensure that there is adequate memory space on your phone before you start the download. You can free memory space by deleting unused applications from your phone.
  
• Once you have purchased RemoMail Executive, a RemoMail Executive icon will be displayed in the JAVA application area of your phone.

Tariff

• Subscription Charges: Rs. 15/- for 30 days.
• In case of Postpaid Subscribers with Java Handsets, the Subscription is automatically renewed after 30 days.
• In case of Prepaid Subscribers with a Java Handset and All Subscribers with BREW Handsets, the Subscribers need to Re Subscribe. When the Subscribers access the application after 30 days, they are informed that the license has expired and that they need to Re subscribe through the application in Tata Zone and BREW Catalogue. In all high end handsets there is a link that navigates subscribers to the application.

• The call duration is measured with accuracy up to +/- 1 second as per TRAI Regulations.
• Call charges are calculated based on the call units which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate defined in the Tariff Plan.
